1. Order Cancellation Window

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make the cancellation process as simple as possible.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order enters Processing or Shipped status, it can no longer be canceled.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

2. Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped:

The order cannot be canceled
However, you may still qualify for a return or refund after delivery

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation:

Include your order number and the reason for cancellation
Wait for confirmation from our support team

We typically respond during business hours as quickly as possible.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment:

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
Refunds may take approximately 7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be canceled:

Custom-made or personalized products
Orders that have already shipped
Final sale or non-returnable items

6. Failed Deliveries or Refused Packages

If a package is refused or cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping information:

Return shipping fees and applicable handling charges may be deducted from your refund
Additional restocking fees may apply where permitted
